- The anxiety of reaching the gate after security and immigration is a big deterrent to duty-free shoppers. This self service duty free shopping kiosk is designed to simulate the shopping experience at the gate. Passengers scan their passport, purchase what they want and check out before they board. Their purchase package will be waiting at the destination. The UI/UX had to be efficient and easy while maintaining great brand image.
