Servicing equipment is a time-consuming inconvenience for both the company and the customer. The manufacturer’s technician must arrive on-site trained to disassemble, repair and reassemble the product. Augmented reality (AR) can reduce response and service time, saving money for the manufacturer and reducing disrupted service time for the customer. Here’s how Kaalo does it:

1. We design and develop an AR app with a custom step-by-step service protocol operated from any mobile phone. No need for AR headgear or other bulky devices.

2. We use highly-optimized CAD, high-fidelity animations and a thoughtfully-designed user interface.

3. Our app recognizes the product and shows the technician how to disassemble, repair and reassemble the product accurately.
