Beyond the use of recycled materials and sustainable manufacturing processes, they demonstrated how the Dell AR Assistant helps customers and technicians replace and repair parts to prolong the life of the product. This unprecedented technology was embraced by Dell leadership as a way to help their customers during challenging COVID times and has since become the unparalleled leader in customer satisfaction and the Right to Repair. Kaalo is proud to have partnered with Dell to develop the solution and is very honored to see it take center stage in the Solutions Expo. The appreciation and respect shown by attendees to Dell for silently doing the right thing were priceless.
