Ambulance Configurator

Build your own and buy

After Kaalo designed the modular ambulance system with tracks, equipment mounts, seats, action walls and storage, Ferno wanted us to design and develop a configurator that would change the way ambulances are sold today. Anybody with internet could go online and easily configure their ambulance, get an invoice instantly and buy. Try it by clicking the link below:

Completely modular design allows users to customize the ambulance interiors to fit their unique needs.

You can choose the chassis of the vehicle and your preferred brand. The configurator then allows you to drag and drop tracks that go on the wall, seats, storage, equipment, action walls and so on. You can see an invoice of the selections you have made. Buy, download or share your ambulance design.

We see software design as an integrated solution. Our software team works closely with our industrial designers and engineers. It’s a holistic approach to digital experiences.

We designed the complete ambulance interiors

We have had the pleasure of designing the entire ambulance interiors, the range of tracks, equipment mounts, modular storage, seats and the actual stretchers themselves. Designing and developing the configurator was an extension of this large project. We had significant intelligence from EMTs and ambulance builders to keep our UI/UX honest and effective. This is one of Kaalo’s most meaningful projects.
